Due to the nature of the product we are selling, we are unable to offer returns for the products once they’ve been delivered.
All due care and attention to orders is taken to ensure that your order is correct and delivered in a timely manner. On occasions when we do not meet your expectations, miss a set delivery window or your order is not delivered entirely, then we are able to offer refunds both full and part.
